Default P75 OBD2, now if I convert it too OBD1 from JDMSHIT.com....

will I be able to run uberdata... common sense tells me yeah, but I'm not that familiar on how good the conversion is.... I understand (from the sticky on here) that ubderdata only supports OBD1, and not OBD2.

has anyone done this, convert from OBD2 to OBD1 and ran uberdata... and how did it work out for you? thoughts/ideas welcomed.

thanks,
ray

All you need to convert to OBD1 is a conversion harness and an OBD1 ECU...

Some OBD2 vehicles have a 3 wire IACV though that doesnt work well at all with Uberdata. Might want to look into that.

You will be fine using the conversion harness and an OBD1 ecu chipped with Uberdata (more than likely an OBD1 P75). No need to convert the IACV or anything. Just be sure you get the correct OBD conversion harness. They have two different styles. One is for OBD2A which is 96-99 on Integras and OBD2B which is 00-01. You'll want the OBD2B conversion harness.

Yes you will need to install the resistor box or some 10watt 10 Ohm inline resistors from Radio Shack. Also, I don't beleive the OBD2 Honda clips will work. If you can get the DSM clips that will help alot or you can use OBD1 Honda clips and remove the little notch in the center of the clip so it fits the DSM injectors.
