yes these come with rings, the motor had low and was in excellent condition the cross hatch on the cyl wall was still very visible no odd wear patters on any bearings or journals either. these weren't abused they came from a automatic dohc zc. mileage however is unknown. but they say from japan they have 30-50k and it was never ran since received in the states.
