DSM 450's in OBD1??? At what point do I need to upgrade my Fuel Pump?
can I run 450cc bluetop's in my OBD1 ls/vtec with out needing the DSM clips

lol, yes. You just notch the little tab in the injector. :P Takes like 5 seconds per injector.

Also, what can i run for a resister box? An old OBDO integra resister box or even I just met a kid at the 1/4 that was running "inline resisters", can i get these from Radio shack

yep 90-93 tegs have resister box's and radio shack has inline resisters you need the 10wat 10omz.
10watt, 10ohm resistors from Radio Shack, part#271-132 :P
