I'm about rebuild my Z6 and i have two questions. 1.) The standard bore is 75mm right, well with a .020 over bore, what would the bore in mm be? 2.) The block was sleeved and made into a close deck and was bored into that .020 and i need to find a correct size head gasket for it. I'm thinking Cometic for the boost application, but i'm not sure. Any help would be great.

Well, i looked at some gaskets on Nopi and i guess the closed deck thing doesn't really matter much, just make sure you get one that is 75.5 mm. Is this right?

 

you don't want gasket hanging into the combustion chamber.
