i meet some guy from my town with a 98 coupe and it had a b16 swap done to it. Car looked fine until i drove the bitch rpm got up around 3500 and i asked him wheres the v tech he replied oh you have to pull the wiper washer lever to activate it i was like wtf so yea when you go to wash your windows vtech kicks in
