i have a 96 hatch and i just bought some tokico illumina's for it. theres a chance that i might sell it and get a crx. the question is that i was wondering if the shocks are interchangeable. i'm pretty sure they are. but just wanna make it sure. thanks

 

they are longer on the 92+ cars than on the pre-92 cars. (i'm 90% sure of this)

the struts (shocks) are longer on 92+ civics thatn on 88-91, so the struts u got for the 96 are too long on a 88-91 honda civic/crx.

really good parts ------ riged does not still equal good parts. Buy the proper ---- unless you want to lift it a inch or two

you don't want to ghetto-rig your suspension, nothing but problems (trust me, i know). Save the cash and buy the right/good stuff when you can.
