Had my friend Austin film a couple passes, then some extra junk, like an 8 second dragster, and some of the guys from English Racing (local shop)

Then toward the end of the night, Johnny showed up and made some runs, working out the kinks as he goes.

the top of 3rd gear in my car is ~113mph i crossed the line right when i shifted into OD, i shoulud scan that messed up timeslip

 

Throw that pile of ---- in the trash. That ------- transmission is gay. Still a nice run though. It's going to be about another 4 hours before the DL finishes though......

i advanced the timing from 5 degrees base to 8 yesterday. and it runs a lot better!

 

Damn, sounds like it shifts to O/D too soon every time. Lot's of potential there.

i acually ran through on the messed up timeslip run and hit redline of 3rd gear right on the finish line. which is aprox ~113mph with the AOD and 3.55 rear end gears.
