will this cluster work

I have a 95 civic dx without the tach in the cluster, If i wanted to connect a 92-95 civic ex or si cluster to my stock dx dash harness would it be plug in play or do i need an ex harness?

plug and play, just rememeber the 2 screws behind the hazard switch and to plug the hazard switch back in when done.
