the kid i'm borrowing the laptop off of said it had an extra one but it's just for the monitor so i didn't buy one from zeitronix. i don't think that will work since it's 15 pin and output. anyone know stores that sell them?

 

i bought mine from one of those local hardcore computer stores that sell all the ram and other crazy internal computer ----. Cost me 50 bucks canadian, which was alot, ------ bitches.

but i do believe zeitronix carries them on their website aswell.

And i've also hear stories of getting a Serial -> printer port adapter and running it off of that. not sure about the specifics or if its even possible, but its something to look into since those adapters are way cheaper.

 

just picked one for a laptop to pda at circuit city for $30. hopefully it works.
