Wow, that a cheap price

Did you install the alarm all by yourself?

IMO Protected by Smith & Wesson is a better idea

if your sleeping your smith and wesson is as good as a blender in your house might as well be a cofee maker

I know of a few people that have the Compustar and have had nothing but problems. I would not personally recommend that one and I have been doing audio/video/security systems for about 12 years. I may be biased, but the best systems out there are made by DEI. I have used many companies over the years and have had the least amount of problems with them. They also have the most user friendly systems and IMO are set up to operate in a very logical manner. It's not always about price, when you buy something that you cannot stand to use, or it is unreliable, your should have never made the purchase in the first place. Also, remember, a security system is not a garuantee that theft will not occur, it is simply a deterant for the not-so-skilled thieves. Those that know what their doing will get what they want.
