Eagle H beam rods

When i want to put Eagle H Beam Rods in a D16z6, do i have to do anything to make them fit right? I heard you have to notch something to make them work.

notch the bottom of the cylinder so the rod doesnt hit it because its so thick

somebody competent will give u the link of the oldone.com
