scammed??

if i was scammed out of some money, how could i do something about it? i paid through paypal, i dont know any information about him other than his e-mail. if anyone can help me it would be appreciated. thanks

file claim with paypal. if your paypal account is funded by a credit card speak to your credit card company.

I payed for a pioneer dvd player for my truck 1000.00ish, paypal denied my claim so I filled with visa and got my cash back, took a little time but still got it all

phone the number on the back of the card, weekdays during the day and tell them whats up. Takes over a month because they will acually investagate what happened.
