how does the ECu thing work when installing a turbo?

I mena i was told i need a obdII to obd I conversion harness since i have a 1996 civic cx manual. once i get the harness then what? how do i do the thing to install the codes etc..?

just pull the boarads out of your ecyou end solider then into yur wiers..............and booom you got vtach and tubro.....
