Ok so for about 8 months + now I've been driving on a noisy Input Shaft Bearing in my Z6 tranny.

It sounds pretty damn bad sometimes but I've just been nursing it along until I can get the LSD put in my new tranny and get that in there. So today when I got up to go to work, the car warmed up a bit, then that bearing started squealing at idle, did it only at idle and went away after i started driving it. Didn't do it on the way home at all. Kinda freaky.

Think I should be sweatin it? Probably be the second weekend in may before I can get up to have that LSD put in the other one.

 

It may seize. Just make sure you got oil in the bitch.

mie`s been making thse 'sizzzzing" noise for 3 years, at first i was always worring it would break on me but never did for the 3 years after

don't do any one wheel peels, and you should be fine

 

one wheel peel is to non lsd tranny as one dollar blow job is to spensers mom.
