okay im getting pissed with this whole FWD thing, im feelin an AWD conversion coming on...

other than the tranny shown above, what else would i need to convert my 2000 dx coupe to awd?
i think this would be a sick project to attempt

 

that tranny's been on ebay forever...man awd conversion isnt gonna be easy. honda tuning tried/did one on an integra, and they kept running into problems. unless youre a master fabricator, welder and have the patience of a saint, id say deal with it. or just buy a wrx and call it a day

 

Sorry, but an AWD conversion was possibly the worst idea ever though of by Honda enthusiasts.

 

what you do is take the whole drivetrain from a crv the have u fuckload of free time, money and fabrication skills

 

I'm starting mine next week but I have a full shop at my desposal. :P

double countershafts and cable shifters!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

 

just buy a 4wd wagon and start with that :P

thta would probably save some work using that awd tranny
