i need to find a o2 bung, im building my own downpipe, anyone can help

 

Take your O2 sensor to home depot and find a nut that fits it. I'm pretty sure it's a 19mm, but I don't know the thread pitch.

 

18mm x 1.5mm pitch

 

napa auto parts. they sell actual bungs if you dont wanna use a nut.

 

You can also get a tap and tap your downpipe without any welding.

 

I never thought of that. Pipe is so thin, seems like it would leak. Most any decent exhaust shop should be able to sell you a bung for a few bucks. Mine cost $3. I guess the nut would be cheaper tho if you can find the right size.

the closes nut home depot had to fit the 02 was the 3/4 and dint go in all the
way. it is the 18mm 1.5 as stated above. just go to kteller.com they are 10 bucks
for a nut lol. i paid $15 for mines at the local turbo shop

 

I sell them they are $4.50

 

zeitronix is $7 for a real bung, and i bet napa is even cheaper.
