Default Wastegate actuator lag...

Since, if you lower boost on an actuator you will get turbo lag, Ive heard if you bore the area around the wastegate flapper this will reduce that lag, im not sure if this is true because im going to lengthen my arm for lower boost to around 5 psi on a td04 off a 92 auto laser

why would it reduce lag? It would increase lag but probably prevent boost creep better

a couple tips to reduce lag with internal wastegates.

1. hook up your signal line to the actuator somewhere on the intake mani instead of on the compressor.
2. Use an MBC. even if you arent trying to increase pressure at all, they help.
