I am gonna be throwing the turbo on the coupe, and i was wondering, will i be able to keep ac, this is what i got
hf mani
adpater plate
t3 garrett turbo internal wastegate.

now will i have enough room with the ac, cuase i plan to throw it all on there and then drive it to the exhuast shop an dhave them make a downpipe,

 

With a custom adapter plate you might be able to keep a/c.. but why.

 

cuase it gets HOT AS ---- IN ARIZONA<dr boost will vouche for that

i haven't seen any premade adapterplates that allow hf/ac compatibility. i had to make my own and you'll need to move the ac condensor fan to the front and won't be able to use to large a turbo.

 

the fan would be the biggest part, it isn't too hard to angle the turbo to the left so the wastegate misses the a/c bracket, your biggest problem is gonna be with the fan. doubt you'll be able to do it without an aftermarket thin fan, and even then you're gonna be hard pressed to make it work with all the heat coming off the turbo. on my friend's eclipse he actually MELTED the fan when he took the heatshield off his turbo. not good.

 

---- it then, no ac. i dont wanna deal with trying to make it work and then just ------- up the fan by melting it anyways

just drive faster, that will cool you down
