blow off valve ?

Default blow off valve ?
How can u test a blow off valve? Already tried hooking a vacume pump up to it but acts like the diaphram is leaking.
It is a blitz BOV.

uhm when u pump up the vacuum it should open up. simple.

When u apply vacume to the valve the guage on the pump does not regester a vacume and the valve dosen't move. does that mean that the diaphram it bad?

Possibly, takes about 15-24in of vacuum to open the diaphram depending on what its preset value is at.
