can i bolt this up to a T3 Flange?
Yes, but the turbo you just posted has a rectangular flange with a slightly circular inlet, I'm not a 100% it will seal up, but are you making an adapter plate, or using a basic t3 flange?
im throwing in my 2 pennies worth of info..
ok do this... get a steel plate (5in x 3.5in) 1/2in thick should be ok..... cut it out to the T3 flange...drill the holes etc.. etc... then get the gasket for that perticular turbo.... that would go on the bottom side of the plate... then for the top part (t3) just use a regular T3 gasket and that should ensure a leak free seal.....

Well it will seal on our adapter plates we make for hf/std manifolds, since the plate is 4.5 by 4.5, and their is enough surface area to cover the complete inlet flange. If you were to just use a basic t3 flange, I am pretty certain it may leak.
Volvo does not use a gasket, there turbos seal to the manifold metal to metal, that round indention you see fits over a raised spot on the exhaust manifold that is the exact same size, this works great for volvo but makes it harder to use there turbos. Get the plate, drill the holes then take it and the turbo to a machine shop and have them turn the plate down, leaving the raised section like on the Volvo manifold, put the plate on the turbo and the gasket between the plate and the manifold. I do this all the time because the Volvo turbos are so easy to come buy and they dont seam to crack as easily as the others, its worth a little extra work to use them.
