Default my "wastegate actuator relocator brackets"!! haha

hey, i haven't really posted much on here but im in the midst of a hmt setup. i thought i would post pics of my hmt wastegate actuator relocator brackets :P

i had to rotate the exhaust housing 180 so that left me with a wastegate that had nothing to bolt to.

so here's what you need:
zip cut tool thingy, and a big thick slab of hardened steel.

a bench ginder

and walah you've relocated your wastegate actuator:

looks like you got a nice setup going there. welds on the manifold look like crap though :P. i would clean it up. just a little bit

At least you didn't remove like half the block with an angle grinder only to pierce it, patch the hole with JB weld, ditch the whole actuator idea and just keep the puck shut with a spring.

Looks good.

its been fun collecting parts for it. im in the market for a mig welder to fix the cosmetics on the welds.then some 1500 degree black paint to hide anything else

the motor is still running just fine.
