NE one know of any places online(besides Egay) where I can find a decently priced turbo spec head gasket. Want to buy a Cometic or Race Engenering if I can find one cheap. Id rather buy an actual turbo spec gasket then just buying an OEM one and coating the ---- out of it w/ copper spray.

 

No more then 10 or 11psi. Has NE1 heard NE thing bout the Mr. Gasket stackable head gasket set? Its a cheap way to drop the compresion. Seems kinda ricey but if it worx, Ill buy. Ill most likely go the OEM route. Is there NE where I can just buy the HG and not the whole ------- set?

 

Just a Y8. Just dont wanna blow a second motor. I guess it was more of a rod situation then a compresion issue.

I was thinking about just going with oem but decided to just go with a cometic. Oem works fine but I know a few people that swear by cometic.

 

I've got a cometic hg from my old motor. Anybody know if I can reuse it? I know that you can get away with reusing a hg without any problems although not recommended. I was just wondering if a cometic is something special and is supposed to be reusable. I'm doubting it. I'm thinking of trying it with some copper spray. Any opinions?
