Alright I am thinking of making a custom turbo system for my probe se, since NO ONE makes one for the car....how do you go about making a custom turbo system for a car....like how do i find out what type of turbo to use or which turbo to use....

 

Go Find a late 80's PROBE GT.. they were 2.2l Turbo I think the manifold bolts up but I could be wrong.. There Intercooled and you might can use the ECU but do a search on Google from probe turbo

 

wow im going to have to disagree with him^^^. i will pretty much garrentte that you cant use the ECU, and im pretty sure the manifold wont fit either. but you can double check, go to the parts store and have them pull both exahust manifold gaskets...

 

Thats why I said search.. I doubt the ECU will work becuse of OBD changes and other things.. But the manifold might I dont know if ford changed the head when it went from the 2.2l to the 2.5 4cyl

 

you can use an obx protege manifold. and good luck with an ecu.
