so now we have the hookup on rods thanks to tuner toys, I was thinking "mad sicc, I can get the piece of ---- ls block finished now" and then I go looking for pistons, my race engineering catalog lists the cheapest pistons for LS for $409 (wiseco), that's not that cheap. ebay isn't turning up much stuff either. so does anybody know of any places to get cheap forged pistons? or am I going to end up spending $400 +

 

I have some brand new CP pistons I am selling for 10 bucks, but they are for a d-series motor and won't work in your car... sorry.

cheap and forged pistons dont really belong in the same sentence unless they are used. my srps cost 380 something from race engineering. best price ive found

 

looks like I'll end up getting the $400+ ones from raceeng then, in a couple years when I have the money. I'm not going to buy srps, I've seen 2 sets of those melted in d-series blocks, I'm not trying to see a set melted in my ls block.

 

How much are the Endyne Rollerwaves? Wiseco makes em for Endyne so quality shouldn't be an issue and Endyne usually has pretty good prices on their stuff.
