what up fellas.I have a garret t25 and the a/r are .48 on the compressor side and .49 on the exhaust size.then I have a garret t3 that is .42 compressor and .48 on the exhaust side.the t3 looks much bigger but the a/r's as you see are smaller so which one is really bigger or better cause I wanted to swap my t25 for the t3.

 

a/r is just a ratio. go with the t3.

 

a friend of mine told me that he had a turbo from a thunderbird thats a garret t3 .60 - .63. is this to big for a b18b or should I get. thanks ahead

 

yes that turbo is just right for you. if you do get that, swap the wastegate housing w/ the 42/48.

no just the wastegate flapper housing that connects to the turbine housing. the ford one has a wierd one that usually faces the block on hondas.
