Drilling the oil pan?
Do I have to drill the oil pan for the turbo line or is there somewhere else i can tap into the oil?

Also will a 2000Si Fuel Pump hook up to my 96 civic i think it will but not sure?

you can get a adapter or spacer for the oil filter and tap into that for return
