My freind said he would sell me a 14b for $25. I noticed it has some shaft play but, I don't really now how much it should have. Aslo the compressor wheel looks like someone ran it with no filter becaust the fins are a little bent and pinged up. I have not inspected the exhaust housing yet to see if it has any cracks. Do you think it would be worth buying and where is a good place to get rebuild kits and where can I get a new compressor wheel.

 

well a full rebuild is very pricey. so i would just search for one in better condition, theres probly something good floting around in the for sale section

 

i would say let it pass and pick up another one somewhere else
sounds like too much hassle in my opinion when you can get a better one for like 40 bucks added to that price( providing you do a good search )
