Internal Waste Gate Spring

How do to test the spring to make sure it opens at a set psi ?

I use a pressure regulator with a 0-30 psi guage and an air compressor to test all of mine. You can use any regulator, you just have to find the 30 psi guage and swap it off.

I usually just floor it and keep an eye on the boost guage
