Just wanted to say you guys got a great site, I know that is off topic to the forum section. Very informative, I always believed making my own kit was better than buying a prefab one, it just takes time. The main thing I still have questions about is EFI tuning. The links didn't help out too much. What I want to know is the basic formula say if I were to install my kit and had the EMS, I would like to know how the fuel map should start and tweak it from there. As I said definitely the noob of noobs. Once again great site.

Also do you know where I can find compressor maps for almost any turbo. is there a site?

 

Did you read the FAQ's? I am pretty sure the compressor maps are in there somewhere. It's also going to take a lot of reading to learn how to fine tune your car from scratch (I think that's what your asking?). Read through the engine management section like 50 times and I am sure you will get the hang of it.
