i assume while doing the style of lifting you do, to become completely huge, you don't worry too much about fat and stuff in your diet?

I lift too... i cut fats down, take in a lot of protein, then milkthistle to help break it down. How much do you curl and bench?

my eggs appear burnt but they are golden brown i use heat setting 6 and use real butter. it makes the egg surface a bit golden brown. no i dont watch fats too much when im tryin to get rediculous.

i bench 345 for sets and curl 65 or 70s depending how good im feeling.

 

real butter is the only way to live
