I've been running a Neukin Racing Development manifold and it's the best piece I ever spent my cash on. I'm sure you could modify a stock header or manifold to work, but sometimes what you put into a setup, is what you can expect to get out of the setup. Are you planning on running the 14b on a B18b? IMO it's too small of a turbo, but again, it's all up to what your building it for.
I realize this is your first post, but keep reading around our Forums here and you'll get the needed info and parts you'll need to build a nice kit for your LS engine.
Welcome aboard.

yeah im planning on running a b18b in a eg coupe. what size turbo would you recommend? This car will be about 75% racing and 25% daily driven.

i'm not planning on upgrading the internals yet for about a couple of more monthes.

Hah, you know I'm in the same boat you are. I've built my own B18B setup and hardly use it on the street myself. But I am running a T3/T4E turbo. A friend of mine put together a junkyard kit using a 14b on his B18B and it just spools way to quick and runs out of steam in the upper RPM's. If your building this thing for drag, thats now what you want.

14b isn't going to get you to 300 whp.

Get a t3/t4

hes right on the 300 h[ and a 14 b, and 300 is pretty hard to hit with a beastly turbo kit. maybe it can be done but man wouldnt last long i'd tell you that.

I have a 93' Integra with a B18a1 motor. My setup is 14b turbo, BMC log manifold, custom IC piping, Ford Probe intercooler, and 450cc injectors with uber. Do you think 200whp is achievable as a daily driver?
