beneficial to re-tq stock headbolts tighter or leave it alone
I think I won't even take the head off, but maybe tighten up the stock headbolts to 60 or 70 or something to hold some 8-10 psi on a 14b engine is a jdb d15b vtec custom everything made here
head bolts are torque to yeald bolts this means they stretch every time they are tightend if u tightend them aney more they will lose streiength and wond hold as well so get some AEBS or ARP head stutds
yes thats why u should replace them after a fiew uses acully after one use because the second time u torque them they arent as strong but aebs and arp are not torque to yeld,

What a joke, you don't need to tighten them, if they are holding a good seal they are holding a good seal. Honda head bolts torque to yield?, I've retorqued my stockers 3 times and they have 160K on them and I'm running 7 psi this time around. Seem to hold fine to me

Eh let him do what he wants, it might make him sleep better at night knowing they are extra tight
