I trying to be cheap, but I want a little more accuracy than just a FMU. I was thinking of just getting a Fields SFC-VAFC and keep everything else stock. Or do I have to get a injectors or a fuel pump no matter what?

The reason most people use SAFC/VAFCs for are to control larger injectors... If you plug in larger injectors without an AFC, your going to be running really rich.
General rule of thumb is:
FMU can be run with stock injectors/fuel pump.(5-7psi)
SAFC/VAFC with larger injectors and high flow fuel pump for higher PSI.
SAFC/VAFC with a stock setup or FMU is pretty much a waste.

No no, the FMU works fine with your stock injectors and stock fuel pump for 5 to 7psi. So for your setup at 6psi the FMU is perfect especially if your on a budget.
