can i turn "clock"a dsm t25 dsm turbo
are you talking about clocking the center section or clocking the housing itself?
here is a good diagram of how to do it for the center section. if the turbo is not brand new, its not going to be easy to loosen those bolts. use lots of PB blaster, or whatever kind of lube you want to. anyways, to clock the center section, just put the turbo in a vise, loosen these bolts, and smack the ---- out of it with a hammer till it spins the way you want it to. ohh yeah, make sure you put like a peice of wood or something aginst the turbo before smashing the hell outa it. then of coarse tighten the bolts back. (you are gonna smack the center section, not the turbo itself)

now if you just need to rotate the housing, just loosen the bottom bolts,(on all sides) and it will rotate, no banging the hell outa that.

Actually Dsm t25's use a snap ring to hold the compressor housing on. Not bolts like a T3.
If you want to rotate the compressor housing you will need to get some heavy duty snap ring plyers

This isnt a T25, but its a mitsubishi style turbo, You can see the snap ring in this picture, spray lots of lube around the ring.

Big plyers and squeeze!

And the little bitch is out.
Feel free to rotate the housing wherever you want. However when you do move the housing you will need to mark 2 new mounting spots for the wastegate to mount to. So mark the spots and drill and tap new spots on the housing so it mounts up. It's real easy.
