as of now i have my HF manifold and the DSM tdo4h turbo is on its way in the mail. this is all being put on a d15b6 engine. i'm still worried about my compression tho. not in each cylinder but the engine its self is 9. but i dont care if it blows i'll get another engine but i wont swap till this one dies.
-hf manifold.
-dsm tdo4h turbo(internal gated 2 8 psi or whatever the factory mitsubishi's run at i think its 8 or 9.
- dsm 1g BOV.
- dsm 1g side mount intercooler. (oh by the way i'm on a budget.)
- apexi s-afc.
- dsm 450cc injectors.
- piping will be atleast 2.5'' bent wichever way it needs 2 be bent.
- custom downpipe connected 2 my custom exhaust.
- and of corse the other necissary ---- like oil lines and what not. but tell me waht u think. sugestions are welcome

Sounds like it will work just fine.

 

You could get away with running 2.25" chargepiping without any power lost or preformace lost.

think about it, the outlet of the comrpessor on the turbo isn't 2.5" and the endtanks on the intercooler aren't 2.5" so you're have pressure drop after it leaves the compressor outlet.

what body is the motor in? is it obd0 / or 1? run te or uberdata you'll be better off thanw ith that afc

anyawys it seems pretty decent for a first step up and im sure you'll enjoy it alot.

 

thanks i never thought bout that with the piping. the engine is in my 89 crx. lol only weights 1800 pounds. i think i'm obd 0 i'm not even shure 2 tell u the truth. how much is uberdata. my tranny sucks ***** tho every other gear is long but i'm not lookin 2 go crazy right now. i'm just doing the turbo set up cause i like working on cars and it seems like its gonna be a fun yet a little challenging putting it all together wich is what i like.

 

you're obd0, you should run turboedit.

turboedit kits can be got for about $250
