103 shipped is not a great deal for that IHI.
If it were the 60/63 or 48/60 T3, then that would be a good price.
It will work and the cold side is a good upgrade for the smaller Probe IHIs

nope, its a .4_/.4_ forget the precision but its not a .60/.63

Look on the bright side, you can use that thing to spool a real turbo. :P Although I've recently learned that the smaller the turbo, the better.
