1.9 8 Valve Escort went to Dyno.

Added some fuel :P
There's the car, a SOHC 93 Ford Escort. Stock 1.9 Block with 90k, with a 3rd gen Split Port Indution head with 116k. T-bird/probe IHI Hybrid turbo. OEM turbo manifold. And some half *** fuel managment.
2150 lbs. 5 Speed.

Interesting how the fuel just drops in all of a sudden. Are those 2 extra injectors switched by a Hobbs switch and pulsed w/ the others? Was that brief lean spot from switching them on at too high a PSI?
As far at gaining some power by taking out some fuel, I dont really think the gains will really be that much. Assuming its not any lower than 9's and the car isnt already surging/stumbling up top, there prolly isnt more than 10whp left to gain.
I like the idea of mildly bigger injectors w/ lower fuel pressures. Get more mileage outa the rising rate that way.
So how are you running those 2 extra ones?
