wondering about sohc manifold
anyways whats up guys i am new to the turbo thing but i was wondering if there is any power difference in those premade turbo manifolds or is the hf with an adapter sificiant enough. i have the hf already but was just wonderin about the power difference with those other one such as the obx or something like that on ebay with an external waste gate. anyways info on this would be nice. thanks

Well you'd probably notice faster spool but if you already have the HF I'd just get an adapter plate and call it a day. You can also modify it to accept an external wastegate. It all depends on how much $$$ ya got.

The hf and the adapter is just a way to get the turbo up there. It works pretty good but a premade equal lenqth will always work better. For your first setup you might as well use what you have and upgrade from there once you have everything working right with your setup.
