At work our inventory is way off, and to cover her incompetance she tells management I take stuff off the shelf and don't put it back. She makes mistakes all the time and there's been plenty of times I've helped her out, but no more. I got this secondhand, but I believe the person who told me (as much as I believe anybody there.) He said he told management it wasn't true, hopefully he's telling the truth, he's a bit of a brown-nose and they like him and would believe him.

yeah where do you work? I doubt that higher ups will believe that ----... alot of people talk out their asses to shift blame

 

just keep your cool and don't snap at her or anybody. talk less and make less eye contact with people there if you want to keep that job.

Looks like I got in a hurry, I forgot to say the one who did this is the inventory control person/purchaser for our department.
