Alright heres a little story that i found today.
Theres this guy in my girls development that is or was extremely loaded. I'm talking like this guy had a hummer, gallardo with chrome wheels and exhaust, 911 turbo drop top, cl600, a fish tank the size of my house clearly visible through every window in one rooms. Basically a mult millionaire that was extremely flagrent. I talked to him a few times he seemed like a cool dude...watched him playing with a completely chromed out gsxr750 with a custom airbrushed paint job. It looked way too good to be true, hes 30 years old with more money and toys than god.... so i typed his name in on the internet and found this..

LOl thats funny.

There were a lot of people living the "life" like that in San Diego.They had the big house,all the toys and the big SUVs.But then I got to talking to one of my wifes friends husbands.They were living this "life".He broke down an told me he was up ---- creek.He said he owed more than he could pay off in a lifetime.He was missing payment here and there.When he got his house they got an intrest only loan(so no equaty will ever acumilate)and he couldnt afford to even take out the toys(18 foot boat and 2 quads).I felt bad for him but I just kind of laughed and shook my head.

 

A lot of people do that with those huge houses and they have a ballon payment which is the purchase price of the house(minus down payment). If you have steady income and want to live like a pimp it's not really a bad idea. The house only goes up in value....all you have to do is come up with at the very least 5% down and you can live in a ------- castle....then if you get bored, sell it and you still end up on top...
This dude was insane though, i'm not gonna lie he had a fish tank bigger than some i have seen at aquariums...
The gallardo was the most obnoxious thing i have ever seen along with the bike that would probably cause accidents if driven on a sunny day on public roads...
I feel bad for his father because his dad was very well respected and this guy was probably going to inherit more money than he could make, illegally or legally. His father was names the most powerful african american executive in 2002 or 2003. It's just a shame....

 

Thats what hapens when you give your kids too much.It sounds like he had a very privaliged childhood too.They get spoiled and think the word revols around them and they can do what ever they want and get away with it.Too bad they allways learn the hard way that thats not the way things work.

 

Did you catch the part about his dad being a senior board member executive vp of UPS? That guy was pretty much set for life; I don't know why he needed to go steal $4 million...
