My friend is selling a 1991 Acura Integra with tokico suspension, cams, blue paintjob except for the front fenders and hood which are new and need to be alinged and painted. Its a 5 speed hatchback and he just got new brakes on it. HEs asking $1500 or maybe even less for me. Is this a good deal?

pfft i say offer him 500 because it's not vtec and your looking for vtec, all VTECHHC Cars are cooler and only vtec will do making him feel bad about his car : )

lol, well, I've always paid in cash for my cars.. never check or anything, no loans or anything. Flashing the money in front of people's faces makes them change their minds very quickly

 

I learned about this today actually....cash is the only thing that isn't backed by ----. It's back by the assumption that the government is prosperous and will continue to flourish.
People throw the word CASH around because with cash there is no clearing period as there are with checks. Even certified checks take time to clear. Cash is just material, you can touch it.(obviously)
If i had anymoney left i would switch all my ---- to the euro dollar....it's only going up. Or the US dollar is only going down

no seriously make him an offer where he'll say hell no, then find little things that are going to take $X amount to fix and deduct that from his price :P good luck

 

is his car in the newspaper?if so have a few people call him and ask him ---- about the car you know is fucked up and then have them say "you want 1500 for that?" you get the idea.

 

sounds like a good deal especially if you can get it for less
