good condition? yay or nay? good or bad?

 

Well its single dimensional.Plus thats a bad pict.Kind of hard to tell without seeing it in person.

 

what would i be looking for when i have it in front of me? no shing shing when i spin it? what else?

also, how do you "prime" a turbo? and what can i do to clean it? can i wipe it down with a wet rag? maybe wet sand the compressor outlet a big to smooth it out?

 

i think it looks good. looks to be in good shape
