thats what it cost to go to Wyotec and my son was going
next year until last friday. he has been working at a
Jeep/Crysler dealer for about a year now as a lot tech and
getting in good with some of the techs, well he asked about being a intern there cuz some other kid who shows up when
he wants to is being let go. they said yes as long as his
grades are good from auto shop (4.0 honor roll)and he is
willing to learn.they asked him what field he wants to go in
and he replied everything to mak a car go fast.Viper tec
in the making.this is a big load off my mind not having to
worry about coming up with that kind of money.now he can stay at home and pay me rent and get a good education

I am registered for wyo tech for oct '05. I am registered for auto collision/street rod-chassis fab. mine was only $22,000 though. -i think though it depends on which coarses he takes. also, you know that wyo tech doesnt specialize in 1 peticular auto feild right. if he goes for "high performance technology" its on overview of all makes. its a general class.

I changed my mind though...
Now, im going to japan to be a DIY self taught high performance jap auto tech. :P

sounds like your son has it going on though...

hmmm, i dont know about wyo tech, but a bunch of my friends went to uti and every single one of them that graduated had all there tuition reimbursed by the dealership that hired them.

Dont let to much time go by where your kid wont want to goto school cuz if he loses his jobs etc.. he might have a hard time getting a better job without some sort of formal education.

slowpoke, lots of places will re-emburse your college tuition once you show them you are a good emplyee and that you intend on staying with them for the long run.
