Well, I got my T25 today and it's in good condition. So i checked some shaftplay by moving the turbine prop up and down, there is some lil just a lil play from the prop, but it's not hitting the housing. Is this normal? I heard it will still compensate when there is oil inside the turbo, is this true? Also, I checked the prop for in and out movement and it's pretty tight. So do you think my turbo is fine to spool my d16a6?

 

and horizontal play is horrible, it can only get worse.

also yes that amount of shaft play is fine, as long as it isnt hitting your fine.

 

So the horizontal play is the in and out play right?

I mean a lil movement should be fine right? Or is it normal with used turbo?

 

In/Out is the worst shaft plate,

Up and down if its very minimal wont hurt anything..
