I bought this T3 .60/.63 thinking really of top end speed. Well to cut it short, all my races are from a dig, nothing on the highway really except self fun.

Im looking to make a better setup that will not only be a quick accelerator from a dig but still make nice sick power all the way up to 7200, if this snail isnt going to cut it, I dont want to make my entire setup around it only to be disappointed, and would rather start form a dif platform (if its no good)

I just bought an OBX LSD so that will def help the jump, but looking for some opinions on how slow the spool on it is going to be.

Tgreaves on HondaTech, hes running a total HMT kit, T25 on an HF mani, 12psi and hes running a mid 12. My goal to begin with was a high 11 but wont happen if I dont have the right snail.

Just a quick run over of my setup, srp 9.5:1 pistons, head fully worked, venom intake mani, obx lsd, ramhorn mani, 15-17psi on TE, 3" dp to 3" side exhaust exhaust

a t3 that size on a b16 builds full 11psi of boost by 4600rpms in 2nd gear. 1 gear hits 9psi by 6000 i think. i'd go with that one.

Head if fully ported, 3angle valve job, deltat 272 cam, 1mm oversized titanium valves, dual titanium springs, ferrerea retainers

Just want to get out of the hole, basically building a solo2/stoplight/ 1/4mile car

 

why are u using a delta 272 cam... thats an n/a cam

 

All Motor cams make big power on turbo cars yo
