Default Turbo?

I just purchaced a turbo for my project Iam doing. The guy said its a t3. BUt I've been reachearching turbos and I've have'nt come across this one:Airesearch .60 1.32. And damm is the exhaust side big. Iam thinking it came out of a truck? This one also has like a flang at the end of the intake side outlet(does that make sense?). Please let me know what it came off of.

Intake side outlet??

I thin that you mean the cool side fo the turbo, and yes a flange is okay, you just ahve to cut it off, or use it. you can pick.

post up a pic of it. (next to a coke can is best)

Yes very simular to that one, except mine does not have the "63" it has a/r 1.32 on the exhaust side. I really dont know much about turbos(trim,a/r ect.). I was checking it out and is it normal to not have any pluming for an internal wastegate(was planning on going external anyways)? Will try to post pics tommorow.

wow!1.32,thats big enough for a Ford Power Stroke. That turbo is way too big unless its going on a 5.0 or highr displacement engine.
Hell my Ram with the 4.7 needs a .82a/r.
So that thing is massive!

it won't blow up the motor. it'll just not build boost in 1st or 2nd gear. if it does build boost in 2nd, 3-4psi would be the most boost it'll build by redline.

Can that be done? I was thinking about it and Iam gonna try it like it is and if I hate it I'll trade the exhaust side. Iam sure I'll find something wrong but I have no time or money for a new turbo.
