can someone please tell me the biggest size intercooler u can put on a dc4 without any modifaction (height and length)

 

I've got the Johnnyracecar 6" IC on my DC with no modifications. Measurements are-30" from outside of end tank to outside of end tank X 6.5" tall X 3.125" at the thickest.

[edit] Actually I shouldn't say with NO modification. I have a front end conversion on my car and needed to cut out the vents in the bumper to allow some clearance for the IC pipes. But I don't know is the USDM bumpers will need this.

 

a 6" height by 33"length. no matter what intercooler you choose you're gonna have to modify something. like trimming the bumper grill or drill holes for the mounting of the intercooler.

 

I don't think you really wanted to ask that question. I think what you wanted to ask was, "guys, I'm trying to hit X horsepower. How big of an intercooler should I get."
