Default opions of pvc intercooler piping??

i no that some people have used this i was after some feed back on what type of pvc they used and on how long & well it worked.Ive made my piping out of 60mm pressure pvc pipe ,it was only ment to be used to make a template so i could work off that to constuct a steel one.But i cant be fuked changing it and if it works then i can think of other things to buy with my money.

Also im running 5psi with a fmic if that makes any difference.

if you use pvc pipes, give it a couple coats of duct tape. it will the tubes under pressure a little more strength. that ---- will dissintigrate. me and my buddies start so many fires with pcv potato guns. then we figured duct tape would help, and it did. just remember, you get what you pay for... unless your a thief.

Used it before. Ran 6-7psi through it for 2 years. Never a problem. Very easy to use, ugly, and cheap.
Caustion: may cause embarrassment when you pop your hood.

use ABS

solid wall or foam core dont matter. better then pvc. holds up to the heater better.

I use PVC, it holds up fine.

The only place you shouldn't run it is withing a foot or so of the turbo itself as the charge temps are a bit much.

shortyz suggestion of ABS is a good one - marginal price difference, and ABS looks better than PVC. My PVC attracts grease from thin air and looks like ----, but that's the theme of my car :/

PVC really looks like ----. I had it on my car, and it looked like ----. By the way- it looks like ----.

But its easy as ---- to install and it can handle something like 270 psi, so I dont think you'll break it with boost or anything, the only downfall is that it really really really looks like ----.

ABS is just the black plastic ---- isnt it?

I think any plastic IC pipes looks a bit ghetto, I would use a stock kia exhaust system before I did that

So do you guys glue all your fittings together
