Default blow off valve

My tdo4h-13c off a volvo has a BOV right on the compressor housing. What is this type of BOV, and does it work as good as the ones mounted closer to the throttle body on the charge pipe? And can anyone show there turbochargers water line connections? And where did you guys get your stainless steel oil lines?

I've seen those odd turbochargers, with the blow off valves mounted on the compressors, pretty rare, It probably works just fine, I have seen various setups with the blow off valves mounted pretty close to the compressor, but never on them like the newer volvos.
Try it and find out

The water line connectons are usually opisite sides of each other, (same size fitting on both ends) some people use the factory water line, chop it off, Put a flared fitting on the end of it, and use a high temp/fuel line hose, with a few hose clamps.

Oil feed, you can get -an hose its the fancy expensive braided line. Try Summitracing or jegs.com they have all the -an fittings, as far as size, I dont have a clue, you would have to figure that out yourself.

Good luck
