Never heard of it either,
since you didnt specify what kinda car you had it maybe tough to find you a manifold, and reguardless I doubt anyone will make a manifold that bolts on your engine that will support that turbo. Unless its a T3.
How about posting some pics so we could possibly help you?

it looks like the one on your built zc but i cannot put up pic on it ,,,,, i have a 94' civic lx with a sohc vtec motor,,,,, turbo flange is awful big any spec on the turbo would help, and has no internal wastegate....

So its a T4?
Good luck spooling that thing then.. it takes alot, your talking fully built engine, equal length manifold, a huge cam, high compression and trick engine management to even get that thing to work. (if its a t4)
Probably $3-5 grand..
Might want to sell that and start with something a bit more suitable.

looks like a t4 but labeled ihi rh07, dont know where it came out of but Jeff;s built ZC is what it looks like if i cane ever get Jeff to tell me were and how much he had gotten the exhaust manifold i would keep it

Went to thi site, They have no Ifo on a RH07 turbo, the only one close to it is a RHE7 for Diesel engines. But maybe you can e-mail them for more info.
